Delivery Information
At Hair Pro Supplies, we understand the importance of receiving your order quickly and reliably. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly so you can keep your business running smoothly.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the UK using Royal Mail. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed before 11:00 am will usually be dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 11:00 am will typically be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. While we work closely with Royal Mail to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We therefore recommend allowing sufficient time for your order to arrive and not relying on estimated delivery dates for time-critical appointments, services or events.
Stock Availability
We work hard to maintain accurate stock levels. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options, which may include:
- Waiting for new stock to arrive.
- Choosing an alternative product.
- Receiving a refund for the unavailable item.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
Any shortages, damaged goods or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs of the products and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive your parcel where necessary.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.
