Hair Pro Supplies, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality professional salon products, haircare essentials, styling tools, and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain items such as opened haircare products, electrical tools, gloves, and disposable salon items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hairprosupplies@outlook.com with your order details and photos of the product. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue.
